Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing DataGlass ("the Service") at dataglass.pro, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by the publisher of dataglass.pro. Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record.

2. The Service

DataGlass provides structured operator data, change-detection events, an API, and a dashboard for monitoring online operators across multiple geographies. All of these are included in the subscription.

3. Account & access

• You authenticate via magic-link sent to your email. Keep your inbox secure.
• API keys grant full access to your account — keep them secret.
• One purchase = one company / legal entity. Sharing credentials across organisations is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute DataGlass data outside your own end-products without prior written permission.
• Bulk-scrape via scripted abuse of API endpoints (rate limits enforced).
• Reverse-engineer the Service to circumvent its protections.
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction (gambling regulation, advertising standards, GDPR).

5. Purchase, billing, trial

• Accounts begin with a 14-day free trial — no card required, no charge.
• Full access is a subscription for the term you choose (monthly, quarterly or annual), billed by invoice — no automatic charges.
• Access begins immediately upon payment and runs until the end of the paid term.

6. Intellectual property

The Service (software, data layer, derived events, methodology) is the intellectual property of the publisher. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased dataset.

DataGlass compiles information about operators from publicly-available material. Our value-add (structuring, normalisation, change-detection, correlation) is proprietary.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". The publisher's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue from data inaccuracies, ranking changes, or third-party events.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend access immediately for breach of acceptable-use clauses, fraudulent payment behaviour (including chargeback abuse), or violations of applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified via email at least 14 days before effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
