Refund Policy

TL;DR — try the full product free for 14 days, no card required. When you subscribe, all sales are final: cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but the current paid period is not refunded.
1. Free trial — evaluate before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
- No card required — we never ask for payment details and you are not charged.
- You get hands-on access to the real product across three live markets (Brazil, the Philippines and the United States) with a curated set of operators.
- The trial exists precisely so you can assess the data, coverage and quality in full before spending anything.
- If you choose not to subscribe, the trial simply ends — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
2. Subscription & billing
- Full access is a $299/mo subscription (introductory price for early subscribers; regularly $499/mo), billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record.
- The subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
- Access begins immediately upon payment.
3. Refunds — all sales final
- Payments are non-refundable. Because you evaluate the full product during the free trial, every purchase is an informed decision.
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.
- Pro-rata refunds are not provided.
- The product is digital data delivered with immediate access. By subscribing you confirm that delivery begins at once and you waive any statutory withdrawal / cooling-off right for digital content, where such a waiver is permitted.
4. Service failure
Refund requests for documented, material service failure are reviewed case-by-case:
- Sustained downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
- Verified data corruption affecting your account.
Email team@dataglass.pro with the subject "Refund dispute" within 14 days of the incident, including evidence.
5. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in your dashboard at
/app/billing or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then.
- Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew or be charged again.
6. Chargeback abuse
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback — disputing a charge with your card issuer despite having received the service — is a violation of these terms. Customers who do so forfeit access immediately and are barred from re-subscribing under the same identity.

Our 14-day, no-card free trial gives you complete pre-purchase evaluation, so the no-refund-after-purchase policy reflects standard digital-data practice and protects against bulk-extraction abuse.
