Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

TL;DR — try the full product free for 14 days, no card required. The subscription is billed per term (monthly, quarterly or annual) by invoice, with no automatic charges; for the paid term all sales are final.

1. Free trial — evaluate before you pay

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. During the trial:

2. Your subscription

3. Refunds — all sales final

4. Service failure

Refund requests for documented, material service failure are reviewed case-by-case:

Email team@dataglass.pro with the subject "Refund dispute" within 14 days of the incident, including evidence.

5. Access term and renewal

Access is granted for the term you paid for (monthly, quarterly or annual) and ends when that term expires. There are no automatic renewals and no hidden charges — billing is a single invoice per term. To continue, start a new term; to "cancel", simply don't renew — there is nothing to charge.

6. Chargeback abuse

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback — disputing a charge with your card issuer despite having received the service — is a violation of these terms. Customers who do so forfeit access immediately and are barred from re-subscribing under the same identity.

7. Why this policy

DataGlass delivers structured operator data — value that is realised within the first minutes of access. Our 14-day, no-card free trial gives you complete pre-purchase evaluation, so the no-refund-after-purchase policy reflects standard digital-data practice and protects against bulk-extraction abuse.
